Reatta,
Your first post makes my 45th look shabby. The blog is slick but warm and inviting, and the links you provided are fabulous. Congrats on your debut.
Thanks a lot Pat. And you’re posts are hardly shabby! I’m taking lessons from you for writing actual story posts. A mashup was a safe starting point.
It really looks lovely and thanks for your stash of the good stuff. 🙂 nice to have a mash up that hits all the high notes! Loved the man candy. Best for last…

Thanks Marcy. And yay, you have posted about The Hunger Games to your blog. It’s one of my all time favourite series.
Beautiful site – love that background, very serene. Excellent choice for a first post, think I started out the same way. You might want to consider putting your picture and a small blurb about yourself somewhere in the side column just so new visitors have an idea of who you are and what your focus is.
Great list, Reetta. Thanks for the link love 🙂
Thanks for the praise and the advice about the side column. Most people never bother checking the About page 😀
Keep up the awesome Blog Treasures series.
What a great collection of links, Reetta! Nice job on your first post. And the blog looks gorgeous.
Thanks a lot, Fabio!

You’re off to a great start, Reetta! Good suggestions for other reading too! Some I’ve seen, some I haven’t.
